Position Description:

Business Analysis) and IIBA Endorsed Education Provider, Requirements Quest is dedicated to the development of highly skilled Business Analysis professionals. We
are currently looking for out-going, hard-working, mature professional individuals with a passion for business analysis, and solid “execution” experience. This
is a career-advancement consulting position. Built upon your foundation of business analysis experience, we’ll help you enhance your expertise in essential business
analysis skills and techniques.
Business Analysis Consultant Responsibilities:
- Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
- Listening skills, to understand what people say and what they meant.
- Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract
up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and identify potential business
solutions from requirements.
- Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops.
- Observational skills, to validate data obtained and expose new areas for elicitation.
- Writing skills, to communicate information effectively and consistently to customers, marketing, managers, and technical development staff.
- Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information.
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders such as customers, product management, and IT (Information
Technology).
- Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms.
- Work with client to implement and/or improve requirements process and practices.
- Work with client to identify and resolve requirements needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of practical business analysis work experience.
- Undergraduate degree desirable.
- Solid references to support and demonstrate professional work experience.
- Travel expected across Central and Southern Wisconsin to support client base.

Business Analysis Trainer Responsibilities:
- Work with client to implement and/or improve requirements process and practices.
- Conduct requirements management courses (1-day to 3-days in duration).
- Work with client to identify requirements needs and training and/or consulting opportunities.
- Meet with prospective clients to provide an overview of training and/or consulting services.
- Gather and communicate process improvement and course improvement feedback.
- Improve and/or develop training materials.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of practical business analysis work experience.
- 3 or more years of professional training experience (full-day, classroom event) with 15 or more participants.
- Undergraduate degree desirable.
- Solid references to support and demonstrate professional work and training experience.
- Travel expected across Central and Southern Wisconsin.
- Relocation to Wisconsin is desirable.
